CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

By booking with Arch + Beauty, without exception, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our cancellation and studio policies.

 

  1. All payments on appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.

  2. All appointments require a credit card on file to secure your spot.

  3. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48-hour notice. Otherwise, you will be charged the cancellation fee (which is 50% of the service you reserved).

  4. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be canceled, and you will be charged the cancellation fee (which is 50% of the service you reserved).

  5. Unfortunately, if you no-call/no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service you reserved.

  6. To help ensure the safety of us and others, if you are sick please reschedule your appointment as soon as you can possibly can. Cancellation fees still apply.

  7. If you are a first-time guest, we encourage you to arrive 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment.

  8. To ensure everyone's safety, children are not allowed at the studio.

  9. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment if late arrival creates a disruption to other clients’ scheduled appointments.

  10. We really appreciate and strongly encourage confirming your appointment 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  11. The best way to contact us is by sending us a text at 703-343-9228. No messages on Instagram or via email (unless you are inquiring about training).
